My story revolves around my 20+ years of experience in the ag industry. Throughout my career, I have delved into various aspects of agriculture, including farming, distribution, crop consulting, and technical agronomy. I have undergone extensive media training, leadership training, and communication skill development. Additionally, I have participated in Stephen Covey, The Sandler Selling Skills, and completed numerous personality profile assessments including DISC, colors, and Myer Briggs. I have delivered keynote speeches and presentations on a wide range of topics. I've held several leadership positions within ag organizations and am an alumnus of REAL MT. I have had the opportunity to work in different parts of the U.S. and even some in other countries, gaining valuable insights into diverse ag practices, cultures and communication styles. My ultimate goal is to give back and ensure the success of the next generation in agriculture.

Our one-on-one coaching services are flexible and customizable. Sessions can be conducted virtually, over the phone, or in person. We offer tailored programs to meet individual goals in selling, sales calls, personality, or presentation, whatever the client's needs are. Session frequency is based on client needs.
